After departing the Swan River, you will experience a 55-minute flight from Perth CBD to Margaret River Busselton Airport, showcasingour beautiful state from the sky with low-level aerial views of Perth City, Fremantle, Carnac and Garden Island, Mandurah and the famous Busselton Jetty along the way.
Upon arrival into the wine region, you will meet your driver and board the private vehicle before going on an adventure through our world-renowned wine region including a two course lunch at Aravina Estate* and a wine and cheese pairing at Windows Estate*.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All passengers are weighed at check in.
- Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg. False declaration of body weight may result in your fare being cancelled. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire. Luggage allowance of 5kg per person is automatically added.
- Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120kg. Please ask our staff for more information.
- It is common for Rottnest Island to experience unfavourable winds in the afternoon which can restrict seaplane transfers. In the event of high wind above our seaplane take-off and landing crosswind limit alternative transport from Rottnest Island will be arranged and a partial refund will be offered.
- Due to limited tour spaces, all tour bookings must be paid for in full to secure booking.
- All flights and tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers.
- Baggage allowance for all flights is strictly 5kg per person. Luggage is weighed at check in. Additional luggage can be transported to your destination at an additional cost.
- We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds will apply to cancellations made outside of 60 days from departure date.
- A credit to the value of purchase will apply to cancellations made within 60 days and 48 hours from tour departure date. Credit is valid for 12 months from original departure date.
- No refund or credit note will apply to passengers cancelling within 48 hours of the tour departure time.
COVID Conditions
Passengers must comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the Swan River Seaplanes services. Where the passenger does not so comply, and cancels or is unable to access our services, any and all monies paid will be forfeited.
